​Please note that all sales are final, and refunds are not provided for any electronic items, special-ordered products, or labor services. Customers assume all liability for items purchased through any of our payment methods, including in-person, email/phone text links, or our website.

(once you buy it, you own it, no returns, no exchanges, no exceptions)

 

Anywhere Audio & More provides a limited 30-day labor warranty from the original installation date. This warranty exclusively covers our labor time only and does not extend to the product itself.  Product warranty is handled directly by the manufacturer. For any item to be considered defective and covered under our warranty, it must first be verified as such by the manufacturer.(not by a 3rd party)  If an item is not verified as defective, additional charges may apply for labor, shipping, travel, and diagnostics.  To be eligible for this labor warranty, all items must be purchased directly from Anywhere Audio & More. Furthermore, this warranty does not cover product costs, 3rd party charges, return shipping, re-stocking fees, or repairs, as product servicing and warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer.

 

We do not warranty or guarantee items supplied by the customer, including those purchased from third-party retailers or previously installed items. Additionally, we cannot guarantee the operation or lifespan of any items removed and / or reinstalled.

(example: if you dont buy it new from us, you will still pay us for the job we perform whether your item works or not)

Please be advised that​ any ​purchased product​s functions or operations within a home or auto, as well as any preexisting ​home or vehicles original equipment or aftermarket products,​ including but not limited to, smartphones, may not be fully compatible with each other and are not covered under our limited warranty. The customer is responsible for addressing any functionality or compatibility issues directly with the​ir products manufacturer.

(Examples....OEM car USB jacks or Steering Controls may not function after a radio is replaced. Or a TV or Car Audio system may not operate a specific option via a Smartphone, especially after an update of software)
We dont make the products nor have 100% control over how they work or for how long, so if it fails OR doesn't operate to your liking, you the customer/owner of the product are responsible for it, not ANYWHERE AUDIO & MORE, and need to work directly thru the MANUFACTURER to warranty or review its operations or functionality/compatibility, etc.

 

Pre-existing conditions​ or newly developed issues with peripheral products not supplied by Anywhere Audio & more are not covered under our warranty.​  When installing products into a home or vehicle where they did not previously exist, potential fitment or placement issues may arise. The customer will be responsible for any additional costs associated with customization or modifications beyond the basic installation quote.

 

Anywhere Audio & More does not offer complimentary technical support for ​any purchased items​.  Customers are responsible for​ any product​s operation and upkeep and any involvement from our team for support may incur a fee.

Customers who fail to keep an appointment or neglect to cancel/reschedule within 24 hours (written or verbal notice) will be subject to a $100 fee and/or ​forfeiture of deposits, products, or prepayments. ​ Any cancelled or disputed payments, in​cluding those made after the original sale or installation, will incur a minimum $50 return transaction fee, and the customer will be responsible for all personal, professional, or legal fees and expenses incurred to recover the original payment amount.​  All services rendered with an invoice amount due are​ to be made payable ​upfront to ensure the products are ordered to arrive on time and reserved along with a specific date and time of an appointment, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.  Failure to pay ​for any service or products performed will result in a $100 per day late fee until the full payment is made. Vehicle services are subject to a Mechanics Lien per NH Law. ​ Customer requests for installations (home or auto) are subject to a custom design service charge with a minimum of $​100 due if the project​ request is not carried through. ​ Cancellations or non-payment for requested projects ​continuing for over 30 days will also incur a $1 per day late fee until paid in full.​ 

 

Anywhere Audio & More and its staff are not responsible for any items left inside a vehicle​ or home being serviced, including claims of missing or stolen items. We are also not responsible for​ customer items or personal belongings left behind, delivered, or shipped to us and not claimed within 7 days; such items will be considered abandoned, discarded, and may be subject to storage fees of $10 per day. 

 

​All credit card transactions, online payments, or check payments made to Anywhere Audio & More, whether by telephone, in person, or digitally, automatically grant​ full authorization for all requested items or services​ to be engaged without​ requiring a​n in-person physical signature​. ​ The customer acknowledges that by making a payment with their cash, check, credit card, or any other digital process they are agreeing to the above terms and conditions provided here.  This includes items or services verbally discussed, written, listed on ​our website store, or any other digital platform including such items as an estimate, receipt or invoice.  Furthermore, the customer agrees to all the terms and conditions outlined above. Copies of receipts or invoices are available via email or can be printed and mailed upon request.

Window Tint policy

Any obstructions like ventshades, louvers, decals, luxury/exotics, etc. may incur additional charges.

Installation pricing of tint does NOT cover costs of removing any old tint, stickers or residual glue.

 ANY floating contaminants (pollen, dust, hair, particles, debris, preexisting adhesives, etc.) that exist within the vehicles materials and/or in the air, during the tint installation process can become trapped and remain under the tint and are beyond our control (considered as acts of God and/or Preexisting conditions) which are NOT covered by any guarantee.   A windows pre-existing imperfections such as scratches will also become more visible upon tinting and is NOT serviceable.

  Window Tinting is NEVER going to be a flawless outcome and will ALWAYS contain imperfections!  We do NOT retint vehicles.

Window tint warranty claims are handled via the manufacturer for defects such as:  failing adhesion causing large bubbles or color fading.

Outdoor services require temps. to be above 55 degrees and not in direct sun and/or excessive heat.

Window Tint removal: tint is held on with hi-strength adhesive glue to the glass, so it can possibly pull off window decals, OEM rear defroster paint lines or anything else its stuck to and we will NOT guarantee any items appearance or operation (aftermarket or OEM) upon removals!
