ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  NO REFUNDS GIVEN FOR ANY/ALL ELECTRONIC ITEMS, SPECIAL ORDERED PRODUCTS, OR PERFORMED LABOR SERVICES.
(once you buy it, you own it, no returns, no exchanges,no exceptions)

ANYWHERE AUDIO & MORE OFFERS A LIMITED 30-DAY-LABOR WARRANTY FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL INSTALLATION.   THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS ONLY ON SERVICES PROVIDED BY OUR COMPANY.  THIS LIMITED WARRANTY COVERS ONLY THE LABOR TIME REQUIRED AND NOT THE ITEM ITSELF AND ONLY ONCE THE ITEM IS VERIFIED THRU THE MANUFACTURER TO BE DEFECTIVE.  ANY ITEM NOT FOUND OR VERIFIED TO BE DEFECTIVE WILL INCUR CHARGES FOR ANY LABOR & OTHER APPLICABLE ITEMS.

TRAVEL EXPENSES AND/OR DIAGNOSTICS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN ANY WARRANTY PROCESS!   THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER COSTS FOR

 

THE PRODUCT ITSELF, RETURN SHIPPING, RE-STOCKING FEES, OR REPAIRS, AS THE PRODUCTS ARE SOLELY SERVICED AND WARRANTIED THRU THE MANUFACTURER!

ANY PRODUCTS FUNCTIONS or OPERATIONS WITH SPECIFIC VEHICLES OR OTHER PRODUCTS (HOME OR AUTO) MAY NOT BE 100% COMPATIBLE EACH OTHER AND ARE NOT PART OF OUR LIMITED WARRANTY!  

(Examples....OEM car USB jacks or Steering Controls may not function after a radio is replaced.  TV's and Audio systems may not operate a specific option via a Smartphone)
(We dont make the products nor have 100% control over how they work, so if it fails OR doesnt operate to your liking, you the customer/owner of the product are responsible for it and need to work directly thru the MANUFACTURER to warranty or review its operations or functionality/compatibility.)

 

ANYWHERE AUDIO & MORE DOES NOT WARRANTY NOR GUARANTEE ANY/ALL ITEMS SUPPLIED BY THE CUSTOMER INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ITEMS PURCHASED FROM EBAY, AMAZON, PREVIOUSLY INSTALLED ITEMS, OR USED ITEMS.  ALSO ANY ITEM WE REMOVE AND REINSTALL HAS NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE OF ITS OPERATION OR LIFESPAN.
(so if you dont buy it new from us, you still pay us for the job we perform whether your item works or not)

 

ANY WINDOW TINT INSTALLED MAY HAVE CONTAMINANTS TRAPPED BETWEEN THE TINT AND THE GLASS DUE TO ACTS OF GOD SUCH AS POLLEN, DUST, HAIR, PARTICLES,ETC. OR COME FROM WITHIN THE VEHICLES INTERIOR, ARE BEYOND OUR CONTROL AND NOT COVERED BY ANY GUARANTEE.

PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS IN VEHICLES,HOMES,OR PRODUCTS SUPPLIED BY CUSTOMERS ARE NOT COVERED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

WHEN INSTALLING ANY PRODUCT INTO A HOME OR VEHICLE THAT DID NOT PRE-EXIST, THERE IS A POTENTIAL FOR A FITMENT OR PLACEMENT CONDITION TO ARISE.  THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY / ALL TYPES OF CUSTOMIZATION / MODIFICATIONS REQUIRED TO BE PEFORMED AT AN ADDITIONAL COST BEYOND THE *BASIC INSTALLATION QUOTED.

(Example 1: Window Tint removal...its held on with glue to the glass, so it can possibly pull off decals, OEM rear defroster paint or anything else its stuck to for years and we will NOT guarantee any items operation (aftermarket or OEM) during or after the tint removal!  Any pre-existing tint installation VOIDS any guarantee when installing NEW tint as residual material can affect the outcome or performance of the new installation.  Example 2: Aftermarket items dont always fit in a spot perfectly like it was OEM or originally constructed, like a location in/on a wall for a speaker or TV, or a car stereo or remote start wires in a dash panel. So if this occurs or is found, the customer is responsible for the additional costs to address it.  Another Example: altering a wall stud, drywall/paint, or modifying a vehicles interior to fit products more flush or tight.

ANYWHERE AUDIO & MORE DOES NOT OFFER FREE TECHNICAL SUPPORT ON ANY ITEM.  ONCE AN ITEM IS PURCHASED, THE CUSTOMER ACQUIRES FULL OWNERSHIP AND IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ITS OPERATIONS AND UPKEEP.
(Read your manual and call the Manufacturer for FREE support, because if you have us get involved, we may charge you a fee) 

 

CUSTOMERS WHO DO NOT KEEP AN APPOINTMENT AND / OR FAIL TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE WITHOUT GIVING  US A PRIOR 24-HOUR WRITTEN OR VERBAL NOTICE, ARE SUBJECT TO A $100 FEE AND/OR FORFEITURE OF DEPOSITS, PRODUCTS, OR PRE-PAYMENTS.
(if you make an appointment, we reserve that time just for you.  Should you need to reschedule, we require a 24 hour notice and if you fail to do so, a minimum fee of $100 up to the full amount prepaid will be charged to you)

 

​ANY CANCELLED OR DISPUTED PAYMENTS MADE, INCLUDING AFTER THE ORIGINAL SALE AND/OR INSTALLATION IS PERFORMED, VIA CREDIT CARD, CHECK, OR OUR ONLINE SALES METHOD, WILL BE CHARGED A MINIMUM $50 RETURN -TRANSACTION FEE AND THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY/ALL PERSONAL, PROFESSIONAL, OR LEGAL FEES AND/OR EXPENSES INCURRED IN ADDITION TO RECOVERING THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT AMOUNT MADE IN FULL.  THIS INCLUDES, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LAWYERS, ACCOUNTANTS, FINANCIAL ADVISER, ETC.
(we get charged fees by your credit card co. and banks for any investigations with a monetary dispute.  Once the issue is resolved, we then will pass any incurred fees back to you, the customer, along with any additional resources/time required to investigate and resolve the issue(s)....so before you call them, call us first, as we reserve the right to charge you for any time/services needed to recoup for additional resources, regardless of the outcome)

 

Anywhere Audio & more and its staff is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any items left inside of a vehicle being serviced, including claims of items missing or stolen.  We are also NOT RESPONSIBLE for any items left behind or items Delivered or Shipped to us and then not claimed or reclaimed by the customer, supplier, vendor, etc., within 7 days of being serviced or delivered.  ANY such items not claimed or reclaimed within 7 days of its arrival, they will be considered abandoned and will be discarded and may be subject to storage fees of $10 per day.
(DONT abandon your belongings in your car that are not related to the install.  DONT leave items/products expecting us to keep them in any type of storage for you)

 

PAYMENTS:  ANY / ALL CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS, ONLINE PAYMENTS OR CHECK PAYMENTS MADE TO ANYWHERE AUDIO & MORE, IWETHER DONE VIA TELEPHONE, IN PESSON, OR THE INTERNET, AND ARE NOT ABLE TO GIVE A PHYSICAL SIGNATURE ON A RECEIPT, AUTOMATICALLY GIVE AUTHORIZATION TO ANYWHERE AUDIO & MORE FOR ANY/ALL ITEMS OR SERVICES REQUESTED.  THIS INCLUDES ANY ITEMS OR SERVICES VERBALLY DISCUSSED AND/OR LISTED ON A RECEIPT OR INVOICE AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE, FURTHERMORE, CUSTOMER AGREES TO ALL THE ABOVE TERMS & CONDITIONS.  ALL COPIES OF RECEIPTS OR INVOICES ARE AVAILABLE VIA EMAIL OR CAN BE PRINTED AND MAILED TO CUSTOMER UPON REQUEST.
Since we cant always get a physical signature, you are doing so Digitally by paying Anywhere Audio & more and accepting the Terms & Conditions check box within our website and webstore.

Window Tint policy

Any obstructions like ventshades, louvers, decals, luxury/exotics, etc. may incur additional charges.

Installation pricing of tint does NOT cover costs of removing any old tint or residual glue.  ANY floating contaminants (pollen, dust, hair, particles, etc.) that are in the air during the tint installation and become trapped upon installation, are beyond our control (considered as acts of God) and are NOT covered by any guarantee.

Window Tint removal: tint is held on with hi strength adhesive glue to the glass, so it can possibly pull off window decals, OEM rear defroster paint or anything else its stuck to and we will NOT guarantee any items appearance or operation(aftermarket or OEM) upon removals! (see above Terms & Conditions section
